Policies

General

The Garlands is a non-smoking environment. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. There is a $100 cleaning fee for smoking in the cottages.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

A deposit for the first night is required at the time of reservation. Money order, cashier's check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge for one night's stay.

Certain special events require payment in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.
